Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1.  Generate a differential diagnosis for aplastic anemia.
2.  Describe a basic algorithm for the treatment of aplastic anemia.
3.  Identify developments in the treatment of aplastic anemia.
4.  Recognize signs and symptoms of Babesia infection in a young infant.
5.  Explain transmission of Babesia infection.
