Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Describe the research evidence supporting the use of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention, especially among adolescents and young adults. 
2. Discuss current guidelines for provision of PrEP in clinical practice.
3. Identify potential barriers and facilitators related to providing PrEP to youth.
