The “Baystate Transplant Program – Updates on Living Donation at Baystate Transplant and Ideas for Patients to Find a Living Kidney Donor” will provide dialysis social workers with education on recent changes to the types of living kidney donation that can occur at Baystate Transplant.  This will include information on our growing partnership with the National Kidney Registry and new opportunities for donation.  The education session will also focus on ways for patients waiting for a kidney transplant to spread the word on their needs for a living kidney donor.  We will provide dialysis social workers with information and tools that they can use to educate and encourage their patients.
