The Division Chief Leadership Bootcamp (DCLB) is a two-day professional development program designed to enhance the leadership skills of Division Chiefs at Baystate Health. Developed by the Office of Faculty Affairs, the program recognizes the crucial role Division Chiefs play in the health system's leadership and aims to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Accreditation Statement
In support of improving patient care, Baystate Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
