The Daily Management System is a scientific evidence-based continuous improvement methodology that is supported and endorsed by all levels of BH leadership. DMS helps us to know whether we’re on track with respect to our goals and provides support and leadership to those closest to the process. It improves safety, process, quality, and communication.
It promotes collaborative problem solving, provides a structured approach to make the status of issues and escalations visible, supports alignment across the organization, and ensures sustainability for improvement efforts.
In support of improving patient care, Baystate Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team.
This course is designed for all area staff members participating in the Daily Management System (RNs, MDs, PAs, PharmDs, APRNs, Social Workers, Case Managers, MAs)
