Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|The learners will have a shared understanding of what is a Community Health Needs Assessment and why non-profit hospitals are required to complete.
2|The learned will have a shared understanding of the regions priority health needs identified in the 2022 CHNA.
3|The learners will have a shared understanding of how the CHNA report is used by Baystate to inform strategy, used by community to inform/advocacy for policy/systems changes, and how they as providers may use the CHNA to inform their work and better serve patients.
