Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|Review with staff Hospice philosophy along with criteria for eligibility; CPC vs Hospice.
2|Discuss strategies and options for symptom management.
3|Review with staff on how to have that difficult conversation with patients/caregivers in regards to hospice.
