After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|Identify symptoms of Heart Failure along with treatment approaches for all types and stages of heart Failure.
2|Develop a treatment plan for patients with compensated or decompensated CHF, including pharmacologic management. 
3|Educate patients on life style adjustments to help relieve symptoms and reduce the chances of further complications.
