The Baystate Health Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive series of learning and work experiences designed to support the new graduate nurse as they transition into their first professional position in a direct care role in the acute care setting. The program curriculum will focus on three topic areas (Leadership, Patient Outcomes, and Professional Role), facilitated by content experts.

Accreditation Statement
In support of improving patient care, Baystate Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
