Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Define what problem solving with PDCA is. 
2. Describe each of the 4 phases of PDCA.
3. Discuss how to utilize the tools of PDCA such as 5Whys, Fishbone, Affinity Diagram, Multi-Voting, and Brainwriting.
4. Describe how problem solving with PDCA aligns to the Baystate Health Daily Management System.
5. Utilize PDCA to foster inter-professional collaboration, communication, and problem solving.
