Problem solving with PDCA is a scientific evidence-based continuous improvement methodology that is supported and endorsed by all levels of BH leadership. Problem solving with PDCA helps us to learn and apply a standard and proven problem-solving approach by discussing the application of PDCA with basic standard tools​. It identifies each member’s role in the problem-solving process. It allows for learning and practicing key problem-solving tools​, and establishes the role of the leader in problem-solving
