Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1| Recognize the benefits of early intervention on renal outcomes in patients with diabetes.
2| Apply current standard of care for patients with diabetic kidney disease in clinical practice.
3| Promote early referral of patients with DKD for renal transplant.
