This professional development series provides the building blocks for individuals to expand their toolbox to more effectively support our clinical partners throughout the health system. Our team has done some groundwork professional development on growth mindset; in addition to gaining knowledge about specific tools, topics and approaches we can use in our practice as a team, this series also supports our team members with opportunities to employ a growth mindset.   Prior to their sessions, some presenters/facilitators meet with the team education consultant to explore best methods for designing their module.  The forum itself provides the opportunity to model a variety of facilitation and education methods that the attendees/participants can incorporate into their ongoing work educating clinical partners in the field of informatics.
