This two hour course will define self-care and holistic approach to care. This education is focused on how to provide self-care while working in the ever-changing health care environment. It will provide examples of how to implement self-care and the impact of these behaviors on ambulatory clinical staff. Leaners will be able to incorporate these practices into their daily work life. This education will include both lecture and hands-on education.
