Educating nursing staff to help increase knowledge of physiological and psychological considerations and differences among traumatically injured patients across the age span and improve patient outcomes with increased competence in caring for ill trauma patients recovering from surgery in the PANU setting.  Different topics will be presented at each session through out the year.
