Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1|Review the basic concepts of solid organ transplantation (SOT) and  considerations of immunosuppression therapy
2|Describe the psychological factors faced by kidney post-transplant patients and how these can affect the graft
3|Utilize principles for safe and effective prescribing of antidepressants in kidney post-transplant patients
4|Recognize the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in managing depression in kidney post-transplant patients
