Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|Analyze dyad and triad leadership models within healthcare organizations. 
2|Seek out complementary partnerships to enhance leadership capabilities.
3|Examine the importance of collaborative decision-making and mutual advocacy between physician leaders and administrators. 
4|Evaluate real-world examples of successful dyad partnerships and their impact on healthcare leadership and operations.
