Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|Identify the faces of performance measurement and types of data
2|Define the basic elements of a data collection plan
3|Identify the basic concepts in Data Analysis (namely: center of tendency and dispersion of data)
4|Seek ways implement and utilize data analysis to more efficiently manage day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
