Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
- Define and examine different definitions and aspects of culture.
- Differentiate between prejudice, stereotyping, discrimination and bias.
- Explain the importance of Cultural Humility and exploring bias in supervision.
- Identify areas of privilege within their identity.
- Identify how their privilege influences their role as a supervisor and the supervisee relationship.
- Develop strategies to explore power, privilege, culture, and race in supervision.
