Series Overview
The Baystate Health Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive series of learning and work experiences designed to support the new graduate nurse as they transition into their first professional position in a direct care role in the acute care setting. Program curriculum will focus on three topic areas (Leadership, Patient Outcomes, and Professional Role) and facilitated by content experts.
