Global Objectives:

Our objective for the core curriculum session is to create a regular, structured learning session that helps facilitate lifelong learning in a peer-supported, facilitated environment. This removes the barrier of “making time for study” for participants and builds it into their professional environment as an expected part of modern clinical medicine. Participants will leave each session feeling confident that they are up to date on the topic presented, and have reinforced areas of strength, as well as identified areas deficiency or interest for further self-directed learning. The end result of this course is to ensure that our provider team is regularly exposed to key topics in our field so that they can as a group provide equitable, thoughtful, up-to date clinical care, with less variability experiences of individual patients.
