Series Overview
This series is designed to educate radiology staff, residents, and Advanced Practitioners about frequent and/or significant errors so that they may avoid these pitfalls in their own performance and interpretation of studies. Encourage the participation of all radiologists in the performance improvement process, with increased reporting of problematic cases. It is expected that personal error rates will decrease, systems issues leading to errors can be addressed and patient outcomes will improve.
Intended Audience
Attending Radiologists, Residents, and Advanced Practitioners
