Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|Describe the American Board of Surgery expectations for completion of EPAs for surgical residents.
2|Describe at least 2 current challenges facing the surgical residency and the basic framework to address each of these.
3|Define at least 3 opportunities for teaching faculty members to have formal and citable roles in resident education that meet Departmental criteria for "education citizenship".
