Series Overview
Advanced Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy training is meant to provide special topics for clinical training in the model to support complex trauma work.

Global Objectives:
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Integrate trauma theories and dynamics to conceptualize cases with multiple traumas and or complex trauma.
- Utilize TF-CBT PRAC components with fidelity and flexibility to effectively support and sustain caregiver engagement.
- Discuss ways to successfully navigate complex family dynamics, including parental substance use history and intergenerational trauma.
- Describe modifications to meet the needs of families with a wide range of cultural beliefs, developmental strategies for younger children, personal and community challenges and barriers.
