Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1| Discuss diagnosis of RLS in under 60 seconds—without labs, sleep studies, or blaming anxiety
2|Analyze why ferritin can look “fine” while the brain is iron-starved, and explain RLS pathophysiology (dopamine, circadian timing, hepcidin) without needing a PhD
3| Apply best practice to treating RLS without accidentally making it worse, by choosing the right meds, avoiding dopamine agonist augmentation, and knowing when bowel habits, iron, or pregabalin will make the difference
