Dr. Prarthna Bhardwaj, MD is a hematologist and medical oncologist at Baystate health. She is also the associate program director of the hematology oncology fellowship program at UMass Chan – Baystate and the medical director of the family cancer risk program at Baystate Health. She serves as the Chair of the Baystate Health Breast Network. She completed medical school in India followed by an internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship at Baystate Medical Center, an affiliate of the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical school. She is interested in hereditary/familial cancer syndromes and predominantly focuses her practice on seeing patients with breast cancer through the continuum – all the way from diagnosis, and treatment to survivorship.
