Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Apply the resident performance timeline to the evaluation process.
2. Articulate essential components of annual ACGME Resident and Faculty Surveys and discuss the Education Committee uses feeback for program improvement.
3. Describe in detail the required curriculum for the anesthesiology residency.
4. List essential componenets of the Annual Program Evaluatio (APE) and explain how the APE Committee uses feeback date for program improvement.
