Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

  1. Reflect on our own inspiration and motivation in teaching
  2. Identify and define the basic elements of educational planning: Needs Assessment, Learning Objectives, Teaching Strategies, Evaluation

  3. Apply at least one strategy for each basic element of educational planning

  4. Explain how each basic element of educational planning works together with the other elements

  5. Apply the principles of learning climate and educational planning

  6. Apply the principles of motivation, feedback, and reflection
