Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1.Develop an understanding of communication challenges and advance their skills in effectively communicating and making use of feedback. 
2. Understand the iSpeak model of Personal Communication Styles
3. Identify their individual communication style
4. Identify factors that negatively and positively impact effective communication.  
5. Understand the positive growth that comes from remaining open to and reflecting on feedback.
