Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1| Describe how a strong brand helps people recognize, trust, and stay connected to an organization
2| Explain how storytelling makes healthcare more personal and give on example of how it connects to the organization's Mission
3| Identify and use ways to work with physicians and team members to make sure messaging is clear, consistent and reflects the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and Brand.
4| Apply key communication strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness in team settings
5| Identify one's preferred ISPEAK communication style and reflect on its impact
6| Differentiate among ISPEAK communication styles, including their strengths and potential challenges
7| Discuss strategies for giving and receiving feedback using a growth mindset approach
8| Define what constitutes a difficult conversation
9| Review how to develop the ability to effectively navigate difficult conversations with colleagues and staff
