This leadership program empowers experienced physician leaders to evolve as transformational change agents within out academic health system. Through enhanced self-awareness, advanced leadership competencies, and organizational intelligence, participants gain the skills to navigate and influence dynamic environments. Graduates are equipped to lead with clarity and purpose, inspire teams and colleagues to drive impactful, mission-aligned change that reflects both personal and the institution's vision for excellence.
