Presentation: COPD Foundation-Education Materials and Patient Resources
This training will focus on educational materials and patient resources. With a theme of inspiring hope and empowerment, we want to make sure that we empower patients to self-manage and that they have hope and a positive outlook on their condition.
This training will be primarily conducted by Kristen Szymonik a trained respiratory therapist, and will focus on the educational materials on the COPD Foundation website.
This training is for nurses, respiratory therapists, and physicians.
Kristin Symonik has extensive education experience and is a Respiratory Therapist.
The design and content of Baystate Continuing Interprofessional Education ( CE ) activities support quality improvement in healthcare and provide fair and balanced views of therapeutic options. Faculty or planner conflicts of interest are resolved before the educational activity.
