Objectives
1. Discuss critical decision-making points related to the course of care related to the case presented
2. Describe key features of clinical presentation and assessment of the healthcare condition(s) reviewed in case presentations
3. Recognize elements of patient care to improve patient safety with discussion on medical ethics, quality, patient relations, end of life care and the importance of documentation in the electronic health record as necessary
4. Review up-to-date literature and evidence-based practices related to the presentation and/or management of the key clinical focus of each case presented
