Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

2.  Discuss neuro anatomy and physiology.
3.  Discuss the components of a neuro exam.
4.  Relate structure to function in a neuro exam.
5.  Discuss documentation of a neuro assessment and unit standards of documentation.
6.  Describe the assessment and treatment of seizure patients.
7.  Distinguish distinguish between seizure classifications.
8.  Identify potential complications of seizure patients.
