Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Participants will identify the microskills and master skills of Applied Improv and how they can be usefully applied in their work areas.

2. Participants will engage in exercises to acquire the microskills and master skills of Applied Improv in order to explore the fundamental principles that will be useful in their work areas.

3. Participants will discuss the ways they may apply these skills in their work areas in a debrief of each exercise.

4. Participants will discuss the need to balance their vulnerability and credibility in these exercises and how that relates to their work areas.
