Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1| Explore the risk and impact of the new codes and other announcements(elopements, fire, active shooter) on families, staff, and other visitors to the hospital.
2| Explain what prompted this change, the process how this came about, reasons for changes, and feedback given before and during the implementation of new code changes
3| Examine the trauma informed impact on all individuals in the hospital and the effect on patient care, and supporting families it effects
