3| Apply Just Culture principles to healthcare scenarios
4| Discuss the contrast between reactive, short-term decision-making ("checkers") and proactive, long-term strategic planning ("chess")
5| Describe real-world examples that demonstrate how these principles can be applied to leadership in healthcare
