Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Discuss and promote health messages and quick tips that encourage the consumption of health foods and daily physical activity.
2. Identify students who may need further evaluation by using BMI assessments.
3. Make necessary referrals to healthcare providers for further assessment and treatment.
