Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the healthcare team in their respective responsibilities for quality care.
2. Discuss the process improvement journey and ways to spread educational goals throughout the department.
3. Discuss the quality benchmarks in OBstetrics and Gynecology set by national organizations concerning inpatient care
4. Identify areas of strength at Baystate as well as areas for improvement.
