Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the healthcare team in their respective responsibilities for quality care.
2. Review normal pubertal stages and timeline
3. Identify key triggers and evaluation of absent menses
4. Recognize normal and abnormal variations in adolescent menstruation
5. Describe the evaluation and management of abnormal bleeding in the adolescent
