Objectives

1. Describe the mechanism of action of epoprostenol (Flolan, Veletri).

2. Discuss therapeutic considerations of epoprostenol in the critical care setting.

3. Review available evidence for inhaled epoprostenol administered through high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC).
