Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Review GLP-1 receptor agonists background and place in therapy for treatment of Type 2 diabetes
2. Discuss primary literature regarding efficacy and safety of oral semaglutide in patients with Type 2 diabetes
3. Identify which patients may be appropriate candiates for oral GLP-1RA therapy.
