Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the healthcare team in their respective responsibilities for quality care.
2. Explain and provide an overview of Motivtional Interviewing techniques useful in the Primary Care setting.
3. Discuss and provide a model for structuring care planning conversations in Primary Care.
4. Describe and understand the current state of provider wellness within BMP.
