Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the healthcare team in their respective responsibilities for quality care.
2. Describe patient needs as they progress through the various transplant phases.
3. Describe the importance of maintaining an up to date and accurate medication list.
4. Demonstrate understanding of best practices in regards to discharge teaching.
