Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Identify factors influencing relative mobility and stability of different regions of the spine.
2. Describe basic elements of yoga & relate it to wellness.
3. Provide participants with some interactive & hands on activities used in yoga for children.
4.  Discuss the different way to treat patients with basic 3-d principles.
