Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

2. Discuss implications of the healthcare system on the environment.
3. Discuss implications of supply chain and the creation of CO2 emissions.
4. Discuss the environment impact of various anesthetics.
5. Discuss the impact of electricity use and CO2 creation.
6. Discuss common platelet count thresholds for procedures and platelet transfusion.
7. Discuss thromboelastography use before invasive procedures in Cirrhosis with severe coagulopathy.
8. Discuss safety of tranexamic acid in high risk patients having arthroplasty.
