Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Identify the primary methods for submitting a referral request to an ASAP* such as GSSSI.
2. Explain the necessary items for any referral to GSSSI/ASAP.
3. Describe the general processes used to implement a referral received by a  GSSSI/ASAP.
