The purpose of the PX Body of Knowledge courses is to elevate the patient voice through the delivery of exceptional patient/family experiences. These courses are designed for healthcare leaders, providers, PX Champions and frontline staff who want to enhance their patient experience skillset by taking a deeper dive into important patient satisfaction topics such as surveying patients, patient-centered care,  human centered design, and strategies that can help us improve the patient experience across the organization.
