Training Agenda: PLAN Phase (Defining the problem, establish measures/baseline performance, identify the root cause, brainstorm solutions, prioritize solutions, document action plan), DO Phase (implement the countermeasures), CHECK Phase (Did we get the desired outcome?), ACT Phase (Make it your standard or restart the problem-solving process)
