Provide a monthly education curriculum for the Baystate Health research community. This education will be delivered by the Human Research Protection Program directed at all individuals that participate in research activities at Baystate Health

As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will be able to:

1. Demonstrate knowledge of the federal regulations (45CFR46; CFR 21), state regulations, local regulations and Baystate policies. Generate Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and auditing compliance that integrate comprehensive federal, state and local regulatory knowledge. Identify the location and use of research forms, templates, and policies. Formulate responses to corrective action plans required by federal regulations, state policies, and Baystate policies. Demonstrate knowledge of good clinical practice and the responsible conduct of research requirements
